Stacey loves cooking, practicing & teaching yoga, surfing, travelling, and meeting new people.

Stacey has been studying yoga for 6 years and completed her 200hr YTC in Dharamshala 2 years ago.

Her love for yoga began after a skateboarding injury forced her off her board and into trying a lower impact exercise.  What started out as exercise soon became much more.

"My love for yoga quickly became about much more then simply asana.  Yoga is how I reconnect with myself, it has had profoundly positive effects on my life and I love to share that with others."

She's also passionate about natural building and sustainability and is the owner of Tanglewood Retreat.

"I've always loved to host.  I love bringing people together and creating space them for them to connect with others. I started Tanglewood Retreat to bring people together and create a space where people can share their skills, knowledge and experience and help each other become the best versions of ourselves we can be.

I want to inspire people to feel strong, healthy, happy, content & contented through yoga, meditation and sharing delicious plant based food together."

Growing up between a small sailing boat and the magical island of Ibiza, Daisy Jane always dreamt of travelling the world, learning and sharing with different cultures, places and people.

The journey into Yoga began for Daisy, when she left home and began to travel. Yoga became her way of feeling grounded as she moved from place to place. The practice became the constant as everything else shifted.

Living on the ocean and sailing around the Pacific, there was little access to Yoga classes, and so Daisy found herself creating her own daily rituals which involved simple meditation, pranayama and a handful of asanas.

The more that she practiced, the more enchanted she became, and the more it fuelled her desire to study Yoga.

It was in Bali, 2015, that the calling to teach first came. Whilst managing an Eco Lodge in the mountains of Sarinbuana, Daisy began sharing her daily practice and running classes for visitors and locals at the lodge.

It wasn’t long before she was back, completing her 200YTT training with Jolie Manza and Phoebe Waters, of Yoga Koh, in 2016. Daisy has been teaching ever since, and continuing her education & exploration into the limbs of Yoga.

Over the last few years, the Bay of Islands, New Zealand, has become a home and base.

Daisy opened up a community Yoga Studio, and has been running regular classes, workshops and events around New Zealand.

As a new chapter unfolds, Daisy could not be more excited and honoured to bring together all that she is passionate about - Plant based food, Music & Yoga.  Daisy’s intention is to create unique and transformative experiences for people of all walks of life; to share, learn & grow together.

From a young age, Arachai had a certain attraction for natural Taonga (treasures).  It wasn’t until he traveled to the East that he first started exploring crystals and sound healing.

Arachai spent a year between India and Nepal, learning for different masters, in different temples.   He has travelled with his crystals, Macrame string, djembes and singing bowls ever since,

creating a variety of work for different people and places along the way.

Nearly 4 years on, in NZ, Arachai has found more direction and grounding than ever before.

Arachai is here to share his passions and essence with people through Workshops, Retreats, Healing Jewellery and Sound Journeys.

Riccardo is an amazing chef, who credits his skills to his mama who taught him how to cook from a young age growing up in the South of Italy.

He is passionate about plant-based food, yoga, rock climbing and the ocean.

He is also passionate about sustainability and natural building and has helped create many of the beautiful buildings and added the amazing artistic touches around Tanglewood Retreat.

"Where I'm from, hospitality is a true religion, it's a form of art, and I love that.  Time is the most precious thing I have and I like to spend it making people smile.  That's why I've spent so long working in hospitality, I really like to see happy faces."
